1 Shipping Coverage

We ship to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations. Contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping rates.

2 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Note: Some products โ€” including specialised equipment, custom orders, or items sourced from international suppliers โ€” may require additional lead time. You will be notified via email if a delay applies to your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier conditions, or force majeure events.

4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and delivery destination. Final shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.

  • Bulky or heavy equipment may incur additional freight charges.
  • International shipments may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

5 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

6 Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. If you notice any of the following, report it within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged, broken, or defective items
  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect products delivered
How to report: Email info@biovistagroup.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

7 Failed & Returned Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery will be arranged at the buyer's expense.
  • BioVista is not liable for losses arising from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
